Airscape Small Stainless Steel Coffee Canister, Brushed Copper

The Airscape small stainless steel coffee canister in brushed copper is a premium storage solution engineered to maintain the peak freshness and aroma of your coffee beans, tea leaves, and other dry goods. By utilizing a patented inner plunger lid, this canister actively removes and locks out excess air, significantly slowing the oxidation process that degrades the quality of your ingredients over time. Crafted from high-quality, food-safe stainless steel, this durable container combines a sophisticated aesthetic with practical functionality, making it a reliable addition to any kitchen countertop.

Advantages

The primary benefit of the Airscape canister is its unique air-removal technology, which creates a vacuum-like seal that is superior to standard airtight containers. Because the inner lid moves down to rest directly on the surface of your contents, it minimizes the volume of air trapped inside, regardless of how much product remains. The brushed copper finish provides a stylish, modern look that resists fingerprints and complements various kitchen decors, while the robust stainless steel construction ensures long-term durability and resistance to odors or staining.

Suitable for

• Storing whole bean or ground coffee to preserve flavor profiles
• Keeping loose-leaf tea fresh and aromatic
• Storing dry pantry staples like spices, nuts, or grains
• Maintaining the quality of sensitive dry goods in home kitchens

When it may not be suitable

This canister is not designed for liquid storage and should not be used for oils, sauces, or beverages. Additionally, it is not intended for use in the freezer or microwave, as the vacuum seal mechanism and stainless steel material are optimized for room-temperature pantry storage.

Key specifications

• Material: Food-grade stainless steel
• Finish: Brushed copper
• Closure: Patented inner plunger lid with air-release valve
• Capacity: Small size suitable for standard coffee bags
• Design: Durable, odor-resistant, and stain-resistant

How to use

To use the canister, place your coffee or dry goods inside and insert the inner plunger lid. Press the lid down until it reaches the top of your contents, which forces excess air out through the valve. Once the lid is in place, the valve automatically seals the container, locking out oxygen. To open, simply lift the handle on the inner lid to release the vacuum seal before removing the lid entirely.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the dimensions to ensure the small size meets your storage volume requirements
• Hand wash the canister to maintain the integrity of the brushed copper finish
• Ensure the inner plunger is clean and free of debris for an optimal seal

Usage recommendations

For the best results, always ensure the inner plunger lid is pressed firmly against the contents to minimize air exposure. Hand wash the canister with mild soap and water, avoiding abrasive scrubbers that could damage the copper finish.
